This morning, Brasfield & Gorrie celebrated the “Topping Out” of the Hayes Barton Place building with a ceremony and lunch for 400 of their employees and sub-contractors. This is a huge milestone which acknowledges that the structure is now complete and the new focus will be on adding the exterior brick work and finishing the interior of the building.

They have worked tirelessly since September and we appreciate their extra effort to keep HBP on track for a late 2024 opening.
